The Friends of Garden City Historical Museum and Grimstone Inc. would like to thank you for your interest in paranormal happenings at the historical Straight Farmhouse Museum. Our educational tours and ghost hunts are an opportunity to communicate with the past. The historic farmhouse was built by Danial Straight in 1866. Today it is a cherished museum for Garden City holding its history and unique artifacts to the past. You may bump into a family ghost of the house or something or someone tied to one of its collection of pieces.

All events are for 18 years or older. Bump in the Night ghost hunting classes normally last one hour (unless stated otherwise) in the main parlor and then a haunted tour of the building to try the techniques first-hand. Public and Private ghost hunts are for four hours. Public and private ghost hunts require all guests to bring a signed Ghost Hunting license. There is no admittance without a completed license. 

If you cannot attend an event, there are no refunds. Tickets can be exchanged by contacting (313) 444-6781. If an event is moved or cancelled for unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified and refunds issued.
